Love Japanese Food? This post is for you!

A Japanese eatery based in the suburbs of Glen Waverley & Melbourne CBD, specialising in authentic Tonkotsu Ramen, Tokyo’s soul food – right here in Melbourne.

Karakuchi Ramen.

I highly recommend trying out their Karakuchi Ramen if you love your Ramen spicy. The Karakuchi Ramen comes with wheat noodles, bok choy, spring onion, bean sprouts, marinated egg and signature grilled pork belly. The broth from the Karakuchi Ramen had a perfectly balanced burst of flavours, creating a unique and spicy taste. Karakuchi Ramen is worth trying!

Tsukemen.

If you are looking for something a little different from ramen, definitely give Tsukemen a try. Tsukemen consists of noodles served separately with a special broth that contains chopped pork belly. The noodles were thick & chewy and dipped so well with the broth, which had a strong umami flavour of seafood and katsuobushi (Bonito). Tsukemen is a refreshing and unique way to enjoy ramen. Give it a try next time you visit.
