Love Thai Food? This post is for you!

Let’s travel to Thailand without leaving Melbourne! Roslyn Thai Cafe, located in the heart of West Melbourne, specialises in some of the best traditional Thai food & desserts.
The Gai satay baguette.
The Gai satay baguette was delicious to try out. The roasted chicken fillings in the buttery baguette were packed with flavours added with the pickled carrot for acidity & the cucumber for that freshness dipped in that house-made peanut to create that yummy experience.

The Geaw Song Krueng Pork & prawn dumplings.
The Geaw Song Krueng Pork & prawn dumplings are a must-try. The flavours from the dumplings were on point & well-cooked. Dip the Pork & prawn dumplings into the Nahm Jim sauce to give extra spicy, salty, sweet, sour & umami flavours of Thailand.

Mango Sticky Rice.
I’m always craving for mango sticky rice. Rosyln Thai always makes the best mango sticky rice in Melbourne. When I put the mango & sticky rice topped with the coconut milk into my mouth, it just burst with flavours of the sweetness from the sticky rice & mango, adding the creaminess from the coconut milk.

The Pandan Coconut Chiffon Cake.
The Pandan coconut chiffon cake is a good one to try out. The coconut & pandan chiffon cake had a deliciously fresh cream on top with sweet, creamy pandan flavours. I Highly recommend this Pandan coconut chiffon cake to all Pandan lovers.
