I was very excited to try out a Korean bakery “Rainbow Toasties”, which makes the infamous Korean Rainbow Cheese toastie & Korean egg drop toast here in the heart of Melbourne CBD. This is a must-try eatery, bring yourself & the kids to experience the best Rainbow Toasties & egg drops toasties Melbourne has to offer.
Rainbow Cheese Toasties.
It was my first time ever trying out Rainbow Cheese Toastie. The bread itself was well toasted with a nice crispness to it. The best part was cheese pulling the toastie to see the vibrant colours of the rainbow cheese. The Rainbow Cheese pulling made it very appealing to eat & was a great experience to try out. I recommend it for all cheesy toasty lovers out there.
BBQ Egg Beef Egg Drop Toast.
I was so glad I ordered the BBQ Beef Egg Toast. The thick brioche was toasted nicely with a nice crisp on the outside & softness on the inside. The beef was well seasoned, adding in with the cheese, egg, sauce & the sweetness from the brioche, giving well-balanced flavours to it, making it very satisfying to eat. The BBQ Beef Egg Toastie has been added to my top toasties to try in Melbourne.
