I was super excited to try out a Korean bakery that makes the infamous premium Korean egg 🥪sandwiches. It is located in the east of Melbourne & has finally opened its first Melbourne CBD store in southern Cross station.

Crab Club Eggdrop Sandwich.

I was so glad I ordered the Crab Club Korean sandwich. The thick brioche was fluffy & soft with a nice crisp on the outside. The generous fillings were super delicious, made with pure crab meat, crabstick meat, cheese, scrambled egg & their creamy house-made sauce. This was definitely a heavenly experience!

Garlic Bacon Cheese Eggdrop Sandwich.

The Garlic Bacon Cheese was also very appealing to eat. The brioche had a nice flavour of garlic & butter, which was fluffy & crunchy. The fillings had flavourful tastes of smoked bacon, cheese, scrambled egg & dry parsley. So delicious yet so fulfilling!

Oreo Bingsu & Matcha Bingsu.

If you are a Bingsu dessert lover, definitely check it out at Eggholic. They’re available every day after 3pm. The Matcha Bingsu with shaved ice topped with matcha & red beans was refreshing, while the Oreo with shaved ice is full of Oreos & was so chocolatey & creamy.
